Central Jakarta Health Sub-agency Head, Rismasari added this activity is aimed at all levels of society to practice a healthy daily lifestyle by doing physical activity or stretching exercises at 10 AM and 2 PM, eating fruit and vegetables every day, and having regular health checks.

"Today, the commitment was made with all directors of government and private hospitals in Central Jakarta," she explained.
