"Bullying is not only direct but what is dangerous nowadays is through social media. So, we need to pay attention together to prevent it," he explained.
Indonesian Democracy House Chairman, Ramdansyah added today's socialization is very important for students as the nation's next generation so that they can control their attitudes, and actions and avoid legal problems.
"Hopefully, it can provide understanding for them, thus they can even report if they find acts of bullying," he hoped.
One of the students from SMAN 13 Jakarta, Cantika Wulandari (17) admitted that she was taught how to report bullying in the event of bullying both in the school environment and outside, and was explained about legal protection.
"Bullying is currently mostly on social media, so we have to be careful and have the courage to report it if we see someone being bullied or hurt. This socialization is certainly very useful for us," she said.
