"This is very interesting, as it involves the younger generation, with the aim of letting them know what policies we are implementing in protecting marine ecosystems. Surely, they will be aware and involved in protecting the existing natural ecosystem," she expressed.

According to her, it is one of the steps to prepare Jakarta to become a Global City with millions of charms, meaning that the government and society are preparing for food storage, diversity of biological natural resources, conservation, tourism, and so forth.

"We're also collaborating with the Tourism and Creative Economy Agency, so that conservation and tourism are in line. Hopefully, this event can give experience and insight to participants, as well as stimulate the creative economy of the local community," she hoped.

Seribu Islands KPKP Sub-agency Head, Nurliati explained various activities enlivened the event, starting from transplanting coral reefs, restocking fish, planting mangroves, actions to clean beaches, coastlines, and seabeds. Including visits to seahorse cultivation, Seribu Islands National Park, and snorkeling.

"Grateful that every year we receive enthusiasm from the participants, this time involving 150 students from all over Greater Jakarta. This is a joint movement in preserving marine ecosystems," she stated.

One of the college students from Bekasi, Samhatur Rozan (23) admitted he was very happy to be given the opportunity to learn while traveling. Visitors would gain a lot of knowledge and experience, of course they will make more friends and relations.

"We got material related to mangroves, coral transplantation, fish restocking, and we even put it into practice straight away. Hopefully, this event can continue to be sustainable and many young people will be active in protecting the environment," he closed.
