S. Jakarta Nakertransgi Holds Security Officer Training

The South Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Sub-agency (Nakertransgi), held security officer training at the Ragunan Campground, Jalan Harsono RM, Ragunan, Pasar Minggu.

Jakarta Nakertransgi Agency Head, Hari Nugroho said it is one solution to overcoming employment problems in South Jakarta by increasing knowledge and skills for job seekers.

"The employment problem in South Jakarta is influenced by natural population growth and urbanization. We must solve this together and sustainably," he expressed, Monday (7/8).

According to him, people could master skills after Jakarta became a Global City. For instance, expertise in digital marketing, IT, content creator, graphic design, and barista.

"Hopefully, after graduating from this security guard training, they can become skilled workers and be ready to work in companies," he explained.

South Jakarta Nakertransgi Sub-agency Head, Fidiyah Rokhim explained this year's security officer training was attended by 70 participants over 15 days, precisely from July 2-22, 2024.

"We are collaborating with PT Narendra Arya Satya," he expressed.

He hoped that it could solve the unemployment problem in South Jakarta. The presence of competency-based job training like this is in line with the demands of prospective job market developments.

"We hope that after participating in the training, they will get suitable jobs in their fields," he stated.
