Toddlers in Srengseng Sawah Undergo Stunting Check-Up Services

Some 36 stunted toddlers living in Srengseng Sawah Urban Village, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, undergo medical health check-up services at Citra Betawi RPTRA, Jalan Wika, RT 04/06.

Srengseng Sawah Urban Village Head, Sarca said today's healthcare medical check-up service is a collaborative program for Community Service at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University.

Community Service at Pancasila University Chief, Umi Marwati explained today's activity theme was "Increasing Knowledge of Healthy Food in Great Parents to Prepare a Strong Generation.
"This is a follow-up to the basic guidelines for stunting program research conducted by students," she explained.
She added collaboration with BPPOM in Jakarta was made, including with Kullyah of Pharmacy International Islamic University Malaysia and South Jakarta Branch PC IAI, which aims to contribute to increasing community awareness, especially toddlers and the elderly.
She hoped that the speakers on this occasion could make parents more aware of the health of themselves and their toddlers, especially when they are aged 0-5 years.
"Hopefully, the knowledge is useful and will have a good impact on reducing the stunting rate in Srengseng Sawah," she hoped.
