According to him, the choice of location was not without reason, participants went on an Experiential Learning Trip to the Plaza Festival area on the second day of the workshop to explore tacit knowledge to then transform it into explicit knowledge that could be used by other people. It was in accordance with the material previously studied on the first day.

"This workshop offers special methods for individuals and organizations, both for those who are just starting to implement KM and for developing KM implementation that is already being conducted by the organization. Hopefully, it can strengthen the role of special libraries and also strengthen cooperation between special libraries in Jakarta," he expressed, Wednesday (7/24).

Immigration General Directorate Secretary, Sandi Andaryadi hoped that the workshop made the existence of the library at the Directorate General of Immigration even more impactful for the organization.

"By doing so, hopefully, the learning culture at the Directorate General of Immigration will become increasingly established and have a direct impact on improving organizational performance," he stated.
