He explained the fire at SDN Pondok Bambu 01 had burned down the entire building and its contents. However, he was grateful that the students, teachers, and others were safe, no one suffered the slightest injury.

"We would like to thank East Jakarta PMI for providing assistance with computer equipment to be operational at SDN 01, because all the facilities and infrastructure have been used up and there is nothing left," he explained.
East Jakarta PMI Chairman, HR Krisdianto uttered assistance in the form of a laptop, two computers, and a printer were provided to support teaching and learning activities without being disrupted.
"We also provide trauma healing to students so they can return to normal, studying well," he explained.
It was to give confidence and entertain children, thus their psychology would not be disturbed by the fire incident.
East Jakarta Public Relations and Communication Section Head, Agus Bastin added computer and printer assistance was provided based on an assessment conducted last Wednesday (7/24).
"Previously, we had also provided assistance in the form of school kits, basic necessities, hygiene kits, families, mats and tarpaulins, two packages each," he explained.
SDN Pondok Bambu 01 Principal, Dini Nuraeni explained that within these three days, the students are given therapy to eliminate trauma in the form of games, group prayer and storytelling, as well as painting and coloring competitions.
"Not only that, next week, all students will be invited to travel around Jakarta using the Transjakarta bus," he concluded.
