Residents Pleased Sidewalk on Jalan Enggano Completely Repaired

The sidewalk repairs located on Jalan Enggano, precisely in front of the Enggano Transjakarta Bus Stop, Tanjung Priok Urban Village, Tanjung Priok Sub-district, North Jakarta, completed. Residents are happy and appreciate the completion of the sidewalk repair.

Let's keep this sidewalk according to its function

One of the Tanjung Priok residents, Hakim (27), said the sidewalk is often crossed by people. If it is not repaired immediately, it can endanger pedestrians.

"We want to make pedestrians comfortable. I feel happy and appreciate it, thank you for the improvements that have been made," he expressed, Wednesday (7/31).

Sidewalk Arrangement on Jalan Meruya Ilir and Srengseng Raya Completed

Tanjung Priok Sub-district Bina Marga Executing Unit Head, Riri Kusrini explained it is a follow-up to community aspirations and a form of infrastructure maintenance to provide safety and comfort for pedestrians.

"After receiving the report, we immediately deployed officers to carry out repairs. The work was carried out yesterday," he explained.

According to him, it was done by replacing old and damaged paving blocks with new ones, while also polishing the kanstine.

"The repaired sidewalk is 18 meters long and two meters wide. In this work, we deployed six personnel with supporting equipment," he explained.

Hopefully, after it was done, the sidewalk could be used comfortably and safely, as well as give aesthetic enhancement to the environment.

"Let's keep this sidewalk according to its function. Moreover, many people cross this sidewalk to go to the Transjakarta bus stop," he said.
