Adit explained that the verifier team visit was aimed to ensure that environmental administrators and residents play and active role in preventing climate change.
"The solidarity of all residents here is good. We hope this climate change village can continue to run well and be further developed," he stated.
Meanwhile, Kalibata Urban Village Head, Herman, said Proklim at RW 05 has Farm Group (Poktan) and Semangka Waste Bank.
In addition to utilizing inorganic waste to create something with economic value, Semangka Waste Bank also processes organic waste to be used as compost and eco-enzymes.
"Apart from being an education for the community, Proklim also raises public awareness of environmental preservation in order to maintain food security in any weather conditions," he explained.
