W. Jakarta will Guide 200 Asemka Vendors This May

At the end of May, the West Jakarta Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives (KUMKMP) Sub-Department will guide 200 street vendors who are selling around Pasar Pagi, Asemka, Roa Malaka Urban Village, Tambora Sub-District. 

So, street vendors is not just looking for officers to take the initiative to visit residents ( jemput bola )

Head of West Jakarta KUMKMP Sub-Department, Slamet Widodo stated the guidance is purposed for street vendors in order not to back to occupy the location after being relocated to a new place. It includes improving insight about how to attract customers. 

"So, street vendors is not just looking for officers to take the initiative to visit residents (jemput bola)," he said, Friday (5/8).

Widodo uttered, his party has coordinated with all stakeholders for this guidance. Including coorperate with West Jakarta Communications, Informatics and Public Relations Sub-Department to socialize the relocation place of street vendors. 

While Pasar Perniagaan is still selected location to accommodate 200 street vendors of Asemka. As this market located near by those street vendors. Hopefully, the relocation will be conducted after Eid ul-Fitr on the upcoming July.
