He appealed the residents not to occupy the sidewalk for illegal parking or street vendor.
"We're try to maintain the sidewalk to be used as its function," he added.
Meanwhile, Pesanggrahan Sub-district Bina Marga Implementer Unit Head, Anton, explained the sidewalk construction is part to improve public infrastructure and create orderly environment.
He stated that eight personnel were deployed to work on the sidewalk since early September 2024.
"Now the sidewalk construction is already completed. I invite the local residents to maintain it well," he stated.
