Cempaka Putih Barat Appreciates RT/RW with the Most ZIS Collectors

Cempaka Putih Barat Urban Village, Central Jakarta, gave appreciation to RT/RW administrators who collected the most Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah (ZIS) in the Ramadan Social Charity Movement Map (GAR Map) 2024 program, Wednesday (10/16).

Cempaka Putih Barat Urban Village Head, Annisa Titisunda said the appreciation in the form of a certificate of appreciation and gifts from Central Jakarta Baznas Bazis is a form of appreciation for the efforts of RT/RW who had collected ZIS through the GAR Map which was distributed during last Ramadan. The total ZIS collected from the GAR Map collection reached more than Rp 160 million.
"I appreciate them (RT/RW) who have made maximum efforts," she expressed.

As for the RT category that collected the most GAR Maps was RT 01/07 at Rp 1.75 million, RT 15/05 at Rp 1.26 million and RT 04/07 at Rp 1.24 million.
"Hopefully, it will further motivate us to continue competing in doing good," she hoped.
Central Jakarta People's Welfare Section Head, Ahmad Joehamdi assessed the Cempaka Putih Barat Urban Village has extraordinary potential in collecting ZIS. However, without RT/RW support the results would not be optimal.
"Hopefully, this appreciation will be more motivating," he hoped.
Central Jakarta Baznas Bazis Coordinator, Raja Zamzami uttered the results of the ZIS collection were returned to the community in the form of social activities, one of which was a house renovation program for the poor.
During 2024, in Cempaka Putih Barat Urban Village, his party had conducted house renovations on three poor people. Two houses, each from RT 03/RW 02 and one house in RT 02/RW 11.
