"We saw students enjoying the MBG. Today's menu was fried rice with fried chicken, shredded egg, vegetables, omelet and fruit. Each package has a value of 411 kcal. As part of food security, the food packages arrived at 5:30 AM at South Jakarta Health Sub-agency," Teguh said, as quoted from Jakarta Provincial Government's press release.

"The menus are always varied and creative without neglecting nutritional value. The food package is also packed with an environmentally friendly paper box whose waste management is in collaboration with the 68 Kebagusan Waste Bank from the South Jakarta Community," he added.
The MBG trial activity at the 12th point is a form of full support from the Jakarta Provincial Government for the National Strategic Program (PSN) plan from the central government. Jakarta Provincial Government has distributed 10,448 MBG packages to students with various food menus up to now.
"We are still waiting for policies and guideline from the central government regarding the MBG program, so we must maintain this. We hope that Jakarta will become a role model or example for other regions for the MBG program," Teguh stated.
