Acting Jakarta Governor, Teguh Setyabudi visited several polling station (TPS)s in West Jakarta and Central Jakarta, Tuesday (11/26) afternoon.

They monitored TPS 22 up to 24 located on Jalan KS Tubun, Palmerah, West Jakarta. They also talked to KPPS Chairman and members there.

Teguh stated the monitoring was aimed to make sure that Gubernatorial Election 2024 is ready to be held tomorrow, Wednesday (11/27).
"We are ready to run the gubernatorial election 2024. Let's stick together to succeed the implementation," said Teguh.
Teguh also makes sure that facilities, infrastructures, and logistics have been distributed well. It is predicted that the voting start at 7 AM and the counting to finish at 4 PM.
"We also ensure that the budget for implementing the voting and supervision is available, we are just waiting for payment," he added.
According to him, Jakarta Provincial Government also has conducted mapping for polling station prone to flood and found the solution for the sake of election implementation.
"Polling stations will be moved to schools or store yard and so on i rain and flood occur. It means that head of sub-district, urban village, RW, and RT already aware of this. If the polling station is moved, the information will be sent through media," he continued.
Meanwhile, Jakarta Metropolitan Police Chief, Inspector General Karyoto stated Jakarta situation is conducive now.
"Police personnel have run their duty to secure ballot papers and polling station starting today," he stated.
