Head of Central Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-Department, Idris Daharina Na"abah stated 2,755 people or 645 family heads lost their home.
"The worst fire was in February with material loss by more than Rp 15 billion and its frequency reached 11 times. In March, the loss increased more than Rp 144 billion with frequency 12 times," he explained, Friday (5/22).

"The worst fire this year is in a densely populated area in Karang Anyar, indeed it is very prone to fire," he explained.
