Jakarta Provincial Government through Tourism and Creative Economy Agency holds Christmas Carol to enliven this year's Christmas. Today, one of the Christmas Carol events were held at sidewalk of Sarinah, Jalan Wahid Hasyim, Central Jakarta.

This Christmas Carol event features a choir musical performance from the church community in the South Jakarta area to sing Christmas carols.

The Christmas Carol singers who performed by wearing Christmas paraphernalia also invited residents who were watching of passing by to sing songs together to add the Christmas celebration festive atmosphere.
Gondangdia Urban Village Head, Firman Wibowo said the Christmas Carol performed at Sarinah sidewalk is aimed to enliven Christmas celebration.
He hopes the event will be able to enliven the Christmas celebration in Jakarta, then the passing by residents can enjoy the performance.
"Today is the first day of Christmas Carol. It will be held up to Christmas," he stated.
