The North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department will hold the Bina Kependudukan (Binduk) Operation in some apartments or low-cost flats in North Jakarta. All apartment proprietors are hoped willing to support it.

"Apartment proprietors may not prohibit the officer for any reason because this is duty and obligation of government," told Head of Population Registration Section for North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department, Novan, Thursday (5/28).

According to Novan, his sub-department is still conducting discussion along with immigration apparatus and police related the timing of operation. The operation is the instruction from Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) as apartment misuse prevention, like drugs, prostitution, illegal immigrant, etc.

"The right foreigners will complete their administration report and will not break the rules," he expre ssed.
