Fire Destroys 30 Houses in Kemayoran Gempol

Up to 30 houses on Jalan Kemayoran Gempol, RT 05/06, Kebon Kosong Urban Village, Kemayoran were burned down in a fire, Wednesday (1/15).
No casualties in the incident
To handle it, 28 fire engines and 140 firefighters from Central Jakarta Fire and Rescue Sub-agency (Gulkarmat) were immediately deployed to the scene.
Central Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency Head, Asril Rizal explained the fire report was received at 8.55 AM. He then sent four fire engines to the fire location.

"In total, we send 28 fire engines with 140 personnel to the scene," he explained.
Fire and Rescue Operational Section Head, Ahmad Syaiful added It took personnel in the field about 30 minutes to control the raging fire.
"We managed to handle it more than 30 minutes. No casualties in the incident," he stated.
He added the incident affected 35 families with 105 people.
"Then we continue to cooling process at 10.05 AM," he closed.
