City Administration Opens PTSP in Shopping Centre

In order to provide best service to citizens, Jakarta City Administration made a breaktrough. From now on, One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) is provided in Mall and shopping centre.

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat enclosed this is the way the government to get closer service facility to citizens.
"I really appreciated with this breaktrough strategy by putting the service facility in shopping centre to get closer with the citizens. Eventhough on Saturday-Sunday are civil servant's working holiday but there is no holiday for bureaucracy matter," he said during launching of PTSP at Blok M Square, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Saturday (5/30).
5 PTSP Offices Will Have E-ID Card PrintersAccording to Djarot, a line with 488th Jakarta Anniversary the public service must also be improved and accelerated.
"It's been almost half of century, what an embarrase if the service is still unoptimal. To nurture a child is our obligatory," he expressed.
One Day Service PTSP begins at 9 AM-4 PM. Such service are micro Company permission making, Business domicile letter, Compulsary company manpower, yellow card making, paramedic permission letter, and foreign workers report.
"Therefore citizens could process their business while shopping. But remember one thing do not even to cheating on the officer. On the other, hand if there is a cheating officer you have to report it," he disclosed.
