Based on Acting Jakarta Water Resources Agency Head, Ika Agustin's explanation, Teguh ensured the virtual monitoring is able to support the disaster mitigation especially flood.

Acting Governor Teguh also monitored the smart glass facility, a glass room system that can display virtual condition of Jakarta in animated picture. a smart mockup of the Jakarta map (embossed) was also reviewed, equipped with an LED screen to display the condition of flood maps, traffic jams, and sea lines in Jakarta.
Acting Jakarta Governor Teguh appealed all technical agency ranks to intensify the effort. In facing the rainy season, he explained that Jakarta Provincial Government also intensifies the Weather Modification Operation for mitigation process.
"Mitigation process should not be difficult since we have adequate failities. Hopefully our effort in facing rainy season will be maximal through the Weather Modification Operation which is based on Jakarta Satu and Jakarta Smart City information. Let's us together monitor our city both directly and virtually," he stated.
