TP PKK Distributes Assistance for Kebon Kosong Fire Survivors

Jakarta TP PKK, Friday (1/24), visited and distributed assistance for fire survivors of RW 04, Kebon Kosong Urban Village, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta at the refugee location.

Acting Jakarta TP PKK Chairwoman, Ika Octaviana accompanied by Central Jakarta TP PKK Chairwoman Witri Yenny Arifin and ranks, interacted with children of fire survivors including the 13 PKK cadres of RW 04 who are also impacted by the incident.

"We provided trauma healing for the children, and met our impacted cadres," she said.

Legislator Appreciates City's Quick Response in Assisting Fire Victims

She added that the Acting TP PKK Chairwoman symbolically distributed assistances in form of milk for elderly, baby diapers, biscuits, and blankets for fire survivors at the refugee camp on Jalan Kemayoran Gempol.

"We care with them. Hopefully the assistance lighten their burden," she added.

Meanwhile, Central Jakarta Social Sub-agency Head, Abdul Salam explained his side cooperated with Central Jakarta Children Empowerment Protection and Population Administration Sub-agency to provide psychosocial trauma healing.

"The materials given were relaxation, singing, exercise, ice breaking game and coloring," he admitted.
