146,717 People Visited Ragunan Zoo

As many as 146,717 people visited Ragunan Zoo, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta during January 25-29, 2025.

higher compared last year by 108 thousands people

Ragunan Zoo Public Relation Head, Wahyudi Bambang explained the number of visitors on January 25 were 13,333 people, January 26 45,830 people, and January 27 43,883 people.

Over 30,000 Tourists Have Visited Monas

"There were 27,271 visitors on January 28 and 16,400 visitors on January 29," he said, Thursday (1/30).

Wahyudi explained the declining of visitor number in the last two days of holiday was caused by rainy weather.

"In fact, the number of visitor cumulatively during the Isra Miraj and Chinese New Year holidays is higher compared last year by 108 thousands people," he explained.

According to him, Ragunan Zoo will remain open as usual after the long holiday. It will be closed on Monday (1/3) for the sake of animals' health.

"We are close every Monday," he stated.
