Acting Jakarta Governor, Teguh Setyabudi, reviewed the readiness of Tanah Abang Health Center and Tebet Health Center ahead of the launch of the national free health checks program, which falls on Monday (2/10).

On that occasion, he assured the readiness of the facilities and infrastructure of the health center, including the service flow for residents who will undergo free health checks.
"Insya Allah (God willing), the free health checks will start tomorrow, Monday, as part of one of President Prabowo's strategic programs. This also becomes a birthday gift for the residents," he expressed, at Tebet Health Center, South Jakarta, Sunday (2/9).

"I want to ensure how the service flow is for residents coming to the health center, starting from the parking area, registration, queueing, examination, to health education after the examination," he explained.
He continued the program aimed to detect early diseases that patients may suffer from, provide treatment education, and efforts to maintain health.
Therefore, he directed residents to download the SATUSEHAT Mobile application, which would facilitate the examination process through self-screening. This application helps health center officers in accelerating services.
"Once downloaded, there will be a kind of self-screening to fill in some questions related to the person's medical history. This will help health center officers to provide services faster. However, for those of you who have not downloaded it, officers will help with the installation and screening process on the spot," he continued.
This free services were available at 44 sub-district health centers across Jakarta. Moreover, it would soon be expanded to 292 other health centers or at urban village level.
"Jakarta is the national barometer. We want this healthcare service to run optimally and becomes a role model for other regions," he added.
He was optimistic that this program could run smoothly with the readiness of medical personnel and facilities integrated with primary care (ILP).
