Acting Governor Visits Free Health Check Service in Pulogadung

Acting Jakarta Governor, Teguh Setyabudi visited the implementation of free health check at Pulogadung Sub-district's Community Health Center, East Jakarta, Monday (2/10). The service is held every day and free for residents who are celebrating their birthday.

After that, they moved to Jati 2 Urban Village Sub-Community Health Center.
Teguh admitted the service initiated by central government served in these two locations run well.
"Jakarta Provincial Government surely supports this program as one of central government's strategic programs," he said.
Teguh explained the program is being held at 44 sub-district community health centers and 292 sub-community health centers, and clinics in Jakarta. It is ensured that each community health center is integrated with Satu Sehat application and BPJS Kesehatan.
"Daily quota for each community health center is 30 residents," he added.
His side promised will intensify the socialization for this free program.
Meanwhile, Jakarta Health Agency Head, Ani Ruspitawati, explained this free health check is divided into age category.
As implemented at Pulogadung Community Health Center, patient age 0-1 year old wears red necklace, patient age 2-17 years old wears yellow necklace, patient age 18-59 years old wears green necklace, and patient age more than 60 years old wears blue necklace.
"Each group has different examinations but the main thing is about anthropometry. Including height, weight, waist circumference for adults," she explained.
Then there are also examination of sugar blood, hemoglobin, teeth, eyes, ears and laboratory check if needed. Electrocardiogram (EKG) is also prepared if there is early detection of cancer.
"One patient takes up to 30 minutes," she stated.
