We had filed some plans and is hoped could be realized in the near future

Especially flats in Rumput and Minggu Markets will be built by Public Housing Ministry through State Budget (APBN). As for the rest 10 flats, will be managed by PD Pasar Jaya using Government Investment Participation (PMP) that was filed in 2015 City Budget (APBD) Amendment.

“We had filed some plans and is hoped could be realized in the near future,” told PD Pasar Jaya General Director, Djangga Lubis, Thursday (6/4).

Djarot: All Flats Occupants Should Be Registered

Lubis furthered, the fund nominal for 10 flats construction is still waiting for the technical study and calculation from Jakarta Housing and Governments Building Department.

“The fund is still being calculated so far, because they have the flats design,” he revealed.

He explains, the project is in line with the increase in the flat needs in Jakarta. That is why, Jakarta Provincial Government decided to build such flats in unworthy traditional markets and have more than 5,000 square meters wide.

“We will use the PMP to realize our plan," he disclosed.
