Lubis furthered, the fund nominal for 10 flats construction is still waiting for the technical study and calculation from Jakarta Housing and Governments Building Department.

“The fund is still being calculated so far, because they have the flats design,” he revealed.

He explains, the project is in line with the increase in the flat needs in Jakarta. That is why, Jakarta Provincial Government decided to build such flats in unworthy traditional markets and have more than 5,000 square meters wide.
