City Hall Blooms with Flower Arrangements to Greet the New Jakarta Governor and Deputy Governor

Congratulatory flower arrangements for the Jakarta Governor and Deputy Governor, Pramono Anung and Rano Karno, covered the complex area of Jakarta City Hall.

"Delivery continues until now,"

These flowers were sent by various parties, ranging from regional apparatus organizations (OPD), regional-owned enterprises (BUMD), DPRD members, volunteers, to companies and community organizations.

Based on data from Jakarta Secretariat General Bureau as of 10 AM, there were 130 flower arrangements that had been placed in the Jakarta City Hall and DPRD Building courtyards, and the number is expected to increase as the series of handover ceremony proceeds.

The flower arrangements that covered the Jakarta City Hall courtyard attracted the attention of the public and employees who were doing activities around the location. Not a few captured this moment by taking pictures among the rows of colorful flowers written with various congratulations.

Jakarta Secretariat General Bureau Acting Head, Syony Tjahjadi said, flower arrangements had started to arrive since last night.

"Delivery continues until now and usually in big events like this, the number (of flower arrangements) can reach more than 200 pieces," he expressed, Thursday (2/20).

Syony said that flower deliveries would still be accepted even though the event had started.

"Although the event takes place later, we will still receive the delivery," he conveyed.
