Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung, led the roll call for Operation Lintas Jaya at Jakarta Provincial Level 2025, held at the South Plaza of Monas, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (3/12).

It was held by the Jakarta Government together with Polda Metro Jaya and Kodam Jaya.
This operation aimed to improve safety, order, and the smoothness of transportation in Jakarta, especially during Ramadhan and Idulfitri 2025. The roll call was attended by 1,470 combined personnel from various agencies, including 100 personnel from the national army (TNI) and 140 personnel from the police.

To reach the top 20 global cities, Jakarta still faces various challenges, especially in the transportation sector. This includes issues such as traffic congestion, poor air quality, and limited infrastructure.
Therefore, the Jakarta Government would continue to develop a better and integrated transportation system to reduce dependence on private vehicles.
"One of the strategic steps is to change the paradigm from development to Transit Oriented Development (TOD)," he expressed.
On that occasion, he expressed his appreciation to the Lintas Jaya Team for their efforts in traffic enforcement over the past three years. He hoped that the Operation Lintas Jaya in 2025 would run well and optimally, and have a real impact on reducing congestion, carbon emissions, as well as improving the discipline and safety of road users.
He also emphasized the need to strengthen the synergy between the government, law enforcement agencies, and the wider community, thus Jakarta becomes more orderly, safe, and comfortable.
