It was stated by Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung Wibowo and NTT Governor Emanuel Melkiades Laka Lena after a meeting at City Hall, Saturday (3/22).
Pramono admitted his side wants to improve the cooperation related to beef procurement with the province, cities, and regencies of NTT.
"Hopefully the cooperation can be improved since the beef demand reaches 73,100 tons per year or 200 tons per day," Pramono said.
Pramono added Jakarta Provincial Government also opens the cooperation related to procurement of vegetables, tourisms and salts.
"Jakarta Provincial Government fully supports the development of agricultural, fishery, and salt in NTT," he added.
Pramono also supports the Bank DKI's decision to provide capital investment to NTT's BPD.
"I appeal Bank DKI to go public this year of the market is good. It means capital investment for NTT's BPD can be agreed," he continued.
Meanwhile, NTT Governor, Wibowo Emanuel Melkiades Laka Lena, hoped that the cooperation can be mutually beneficial, especially in the downstream sector of several product clusters from NTT.
"We encourage NTT's BPD to cooperate with Bank DKI to improve the performance. Our bank's directors and commissioners are from banking backgrounds," he stated.
