City to Add More Firefighter Personnel This Year

Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung stated that there will be an open recruitment for firefighter personnel this year. It is run to overcome low personnel number in the agency.

Pramono added the personnel number is way far from ideal. There are only 3,900 personnel out of 11 thousands needs.
"Open recruitment will open soon to overcome the low personnel number," he stated, Monday (3/24).

Meanwhile, he also highlighted the high level of public trust in the Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Agency. It can be seen from the number of non-fire cases handled that reaching around 6,800 cases.
"I would like appreciate the agency for handling 1969 cases including with the non-fire case. Public trust remains high for the agency," he added.
