Jakarta Provincial Government provides free charge of public transportation for women in Jakarta, Monday (4/21). The program is held in commemorating Kartini Day every April 21. The free public transportation are Transjakarta, MRT Jakarta and LRT Jakarta.

Jakarta Governor and Vice Governor's Special Staff of Public Communication, Cyril Raoul Hakim, said free public transportation is for women passengers to commemorate Kartini Day.
"There is special prize from the Governor for women. Free public transportation charge on April 21," he said.
He explained the transportation included in the program are Transjakarta (BRT and Non-BRT), Mikrotrans, MRT Jakarta and LRT Jakarta.
Meanwhile, Jakarta Provincial Government through Jakarta Transportation Agency has officially started the trial of Blok M-Alam Sutera Transjabodetabek new route on Tuesday (4/15). The trial is part of opening new four routes that connect Jakarta with Tangerang, Bekasi and its surrounding. The trial aimed to test the route visibility and passenger number.
As planned before, Jakarta Vice Governor, Rano Karno, will join the continuation trial on Monday (4/21).
