"The dredging has been started from April 13 and is targeted to complete on June 30," he explained.
He added that flood prevention and handling efforts are run by the sub-agency by dredging Krukut River of Jalan NIS segment, Grogol River of Mayapada segment, Ciliwung River, and reservoirs.
Meanwhile, one of residents living in Menteng Dalam Urban Village, Agus Salim (48), appreciated the mud dredging run by the sub-agency's Blue Taskforce personnel.
"It's good since we want the river to be dredged to overcome inundation and flood," he admitted.
