The activity that runs on April 23 to May 2, 2025 is held at TC Pertanian Klender and participated by 30 people who have minimum one year experience related with coffee. They are divided into two batches.

The materials given are the Macro Coffee Roasting Industry, Coffee Roasting Knowledge, Sorting of Raw Coffee Bean, Coffee Roasting Machine Operations, and Coffee Product Development.

The given certificates are standardized by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). It is acknowledged both nationally and internationally.
"We want business people and coffee activists in Jakarta to not only have experience, but also technical skills that are certified nationally and even internationally. It aims to gain the competitiveness of Jakarta coffee products," Mujiati said, Monday (4/28).
She added that the participant will also to conduct a fam trip to Malabar Coffee Roastery in Pengalengan, West Java. The activity aims to gain their knowledge.
One of the participants, Icut Mutia, admitted the training helps her knowledge grow much.
"This experience is valuable, especially for me," she admitted.
She hoped this training can be held every year to support the coffee industry in Jakarta.
