Slipped, A Motorcyclist Hit by Transjakarta Bus

An accident happened on Jl Yos Sudarso, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, Tuesday (6/23)  by involving a motorcyclist and corridor 10 Transjakarta bus (Tanjung Priok – PGC). The incident killed a motorcyclist known as Toni Saptani (49).

The victim who was riding Suzuki Skywave with license plate number B 6676 WAW was passing from Plumpang towards Artha Gading. Shortly before arriving at the scene, the victim was about entering Transjakarta lane on Jl Yos Sudarso.

Unfortunately, he slipped up until fell down and got hit by Transjakarta with license plate number B 7721 IS which was driven by Andi Sumardi (33).

A Motorcycle Rider Killed on Jalan Lodan

North Jakarta Resort Police officer, AKP Turyono from regency traffic unit revealed the victim died instantly at the scene with a severe injury on his head.

“Currently he was already carried out to RSCM for an autopsy. While the driver is directly secured,” he expressed, Tuesday (6/23).

Head of North Jakarta Resort Police Traffic Unit, AKBP Dharmanto added that the investigation is still being processed to find out the cause. Therefore the case has been transferred to the the directorate of law enforcement guidance for Jakarta Police.
