He explained the high number of visitors is due to easy accessibility, adequate facilities, and affordable accommodation prices. Most of them arrive in Seribu Islands via Marina Ancol, Kaliadem, Tanjung Pasir, and Cituis piers

"This long holiday has a positive impact on us. One of them is the improvement of the local economy, especially for business operators," he explained.

He continued vacationing in Seribu Islands is different from tourist destinations on the mainland. Because visitors are presented with the wonders of its natural panorama, both from the beach, underwater life, flora, fauna, as well as cuisine, and more.

"The inhabited islands remain a favorite destination for tourists. To increase tourist visits, we'll keep expanding the promotion of destinations in Seribu Islands," he explained.

However, those who come to visit can help maintain the cleanliness of the environment, especially by not littering. This step needs to be taken together to keep Seribu Islands a comfortable and clean destination.

"Our team has also educated tourists that disposing of trash in the right place is an easy step to ensure the Seribu Islands remain a comfortable place," he asserted.

North Seribu Islands Sub-district Head, Angga Saputra added that to maintain order and security, join personnel were deployed, consisting of sub-district and urban village Satpol PP, PPSU, Environment Sub-agency, Transportation Sub-agency, Fire and Rescue Sub-agency (Gulkarmat), as well as elements of the military and police.

"They assist with the arrival and departure process, from helping when disembarking the ship to managing the queue," he explained.

Besides inhabited islands, the North Seribu Islands also have many uninhabited islands that tourists can enjoy, ranging from snorkeling, diving, fishing, to turtle conservation.

"This is the kind of holiday moment we have been waiting for. We also want to create an unforgettable impression for those who have visited so that they can come back again in the future," he said.
