Ahok will Offer Official Position to TNI and Polri

Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) will replace some echelon II officials again. An official who allegedly will be replaced is the Jakarta Transportation Department Head, Benjamin Bukit.

Ahok added, to find qualified officials is not easy. He also assessed if still replace the official from same institution would not provide significant progress in their performance.

"I still thinking the best replacement for Transportation Department Head, I will not choose someone from the same institution because the progress would be the same," told Ahok, in City Hall, Tuesday (6/23).

He admitted to have found some suitable officials, but their rank still not yet qualified.

Ahok also recognized that he ever offer the position to teacher. Moreover, he also planned to offer the position to other institution such as Police and Military (TNI). "I will offer the position to Military and Police if there is no one who capable for it," he told.

Ahok threatened, the Civil Servants (PNS) with bad performance will only receive main salary not get Regional Performance Allowance (TKD).

"We will demote them, I will only give main salary without allowance for lazy Civil Servant," he stressed.
