Jakarta Provincial Government through Industry, Trade, Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprise (PPKUKM) Agency holds bazaar in 43 districts on May 15-16, 2025.

This activity involves a total of 1,200 creative business actors from various areas of Jakarta to showcase their superior products in the culinary, fashion, and craft sectors.

Jakarta PPKUKM Agency Head, Elisabeth Ratu Rante Allo said this activity aims to encourage local economic activity while opening wider marketing access for fostered MSMEs.

"This bazaar is a meeting place between business people and the community. We want to ensure that Jakarta's creative products can be better known, appreciated, and of course purchased by the residents themselves," she said, Thursday (5/15).

She added that this activity is part of Jakarta Provincial Government's strategy in strengthening MSME ecosystem. In addition to being a promotional event, this bazaar also encourages business actors to utilize digital payment technology through QRIS Jakarta Entrepreneur. It aims to ease and record transactions safely and systematically.

"We want MSMEs to be better. They should not only to be economically independent but also to be able to absorb labor and contribute to the city's economic development," she added.
