Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung is optimistic that the BTN Jakarta International Marathon (JAKIM) 2025 will give significant impacts for Jakarta's economy.

Pramono added many three and four-star hotels along Jalan Sudirman, Thamrin, or Gatot Subroto have been fully booked. Pramono is optimistic this event will also bring positive impact for MSMEs.

This marathon event is held with three categories, namely 10 kilometers, half marathon, and full marathon.

More than 31,000 participants will take part in this event, and 4,000 of them will take full marathon category.
631 runners from 51 countries will also enliven this event. According to him, the high enthusiasm of participants shows that Jakarta has now become a favorite destination for sports lovers, especially marathon running.
