Jakarta Provincial Govermnet will build three islands on North Jakarta Coast. The island will be connected with Tanjung Priok Port and logistics lines which made on East Flood Canal (KBT).

Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) said, Currently, the 3 islands are in design process and will be built on 2016.

"We will build 3 islands to be used as logistics lines. The good news, Duren Sawit would be a great place because passed by lines which connected with East Flood Canal," told Basuki while Safari Ramadhan in Duren Sawit Urban Village, East Jakarta, Friday (6/26) night.

As information, some time ago, Ahok ever explained that Jakarta will build Special Economic Area (KEK) on North Jakarta Coast trough Provincial-Owned Enterprise (BUMD). The location will use 3 island which built from northern coast reclamation. The background for build these islands also intended to create more effective logistic management.
