North Jakarta Mayor Hendra Hidayat confirmed that the basic needs of fire victims in RT 17/04, Kapuk Muara Urban Village, Penjaringan Sub-district, were well met.
"We responded quickly to the fire incident,"
Hendra said that currently, there were 1,387 people taking refuge in 10 evacuation tents that had been set up. He added that he had also visited the fire site to ensure aid was being provided.

He mentioned that the North Jakarta Government will also deploy health workers to the evacuation sites.

for bathing, washing, and toilet (MCK) facilities are met," he added.Hendra expressed deep concern over the fire disaster that occurred on Friday (6/6) at around 12:18 WIB.
"Of course, we are saddedned by this fire disaster. We will continue to work at full capacity to handle the post-fire situation," he asserted.
For information, the fire incident in the densely populated residential area destroyed approximately 450 houses.
