According to him, this achievement is the result of hard work by government officials and active support and participation from various community elements at the urban village level.

In order to ensure cooperatives run actively, Rano urged mayors and regent to support the process of strengthening and empowering the cooperatives.

He also encouraged the Industry, Trade, Cooperative, and Small Medium Cooperative (PPKUKM) Agency, BP BUMD, and Regional Cooperative Council to actively assist KKMP administration in building strategic partnership with all stakeholders.

Furthermore, all KKMP administrators and supervisors were reminded to immediately draft and implement their business plans.

"If everything is carried out properly, I'm optimistic that KKMP administrators in all urban village can play an active role in meeting community needs," he expressed.

Hendra Saragih, Deputy for Institutional Affairs and Cooperative Digitalization at Ministry of Cooperative, appreciated Jakarta's achievement in establishing cooperatives at urban village level.

He hoped that newly formed legal entities would soon develop business models and set their operational direction. He also emphasized the need for cooperative managers to have managerial, administrative, marketing, and digital skills.

"The success of a cooperative must be supported by professional and responsible management. Cooperative leaders must be on par with professional managers and understand legal matters, marketing, administration, and digitalization," he said.
