Dishub Officers Deployed to Parse Congestion in Palmerah Market Area

The Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) is intensifying traffic monitoring and enforcement in the Palmerah Market area, Central Jakarta, to parse congestion.

Jakarta Dishub Head, Syafrin Liputo said, this effort aimed to create a more orderly, safe, and smooth traffic condition.

"We station officers to patrol regularly at the location," he expressed, Monday (7/14).

He explained, the patrol was focused in front of Palmerah Market. To maximize it, he was collaborating with the Satpol PP and Polda Metro Jaya to ensure traffic order.

"We will take strict action against violators, eapecially in terms of illegal parking," he explained.

He even urged the community to report illegal parking to the authorities considering it very important in combating traffic congestio.

"Report it via JAKI application," he added.

He hoped that congestion could be minimized in Palmerah through such steps.

"So, this can create safety, security, and comfort for road users passing through the Palmerah area," he closed.
