AKAP Bus Reluctant Move to Pulogebang Terminal

If its condition remain the same, then loss is about coming to us concerning its narrow street and traffic congestion towards Cakung and Pulogebang

As the entrance access Jakarta Toll Outer Ring Road (JORR) is still unavailable, several intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) bus companies reluctant move to Pulogebang Terminal, East Jakarta, whereas operating at Rawamangun and Pulogadung Terminal.

Facing Homecoming, Pulogebang Terminal Still Quiet

Sulaiman, Head of the Intercity Bus Crew Cooperative (Kowanbisata) for Rawamangun Terminal admitted though ticket counter have been provided in Pulogebang terminal, yet it still operate at Rawamangun terminal. It was because over 3,000 passengers flocked at Rawamangun terminal instead of Pulogebang.

“If there any sufficient facilities, entrance access for instance, we surely would move. If its condition remain the same, then loss is about coming to us concerning its narrow street and traffic congestion towards Cakung and Pulogebang,” he uttered, Monday (6/29).

Since Rawamangun and Pulogadung terminal have not been closed yet, it caused deserted passengers at Pulogebang terminal. “Passengers will not move to Pulogebang, before those terminals are closed down. Presently, indeed there are few passenger who catch up bus from Pulogebang,” he disclosed.
