The City Administration's Budget Team (TAPD) is completing the draft of 2015 Revised City Budgets (APBD-P) that proposed to the Home Ministry.
Head of TAPD as well as City Secretary, Saefullah stated the 2015 APBD-P that had been proposed to Home Ministry is without any intervention from Legislative Council (DPRD) because it is form of Gubernatorial Regulations. Then for the budget ceiling proposed this year is amounted to Rp 66 trillion.

The budget nominal proposed on 2015 APDB-P, Saefullah said, is less than 2015 City Budget (APBD) by Rp 69.28 trillion. But the difference of the budget ceiling is considered not to be a problem, as long as the budget disbursement process could be done immediately.
"If the nominal is huge but the money is empty, surely that will be useless. All depends on tax and local revenue," he explained.
Although the proposed budget is less, he continued, the local revenue this year increased. This is because, there are many saving from some budget posts like employee expend that successfully saved by Rp 4-5 trillion.
"From all Regional Working Units (SKPD), there are addition and reduction of 1,012 activities that make different as much as Rp 1.9 trillion. Besides that, there is budget surplus on Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) project, which is Rp 2.4 trillion," disclosed Former Mayor of Central Jakarta.
He expressed, such budget surplus on 2015 APBD will be allocated to the government investment participation (PMP) of the Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) for Bank DKI and PT Jakarta Propertindo (PT Jackpro).
"We'll give PMP to PT Jakpro for construction of Kemayoran athletes homestead and Light Rail Transit (LRT). Eventually, they need to explain it first as consideration of the number of budget. Don't let it be large only on the PMP," he closed.
