Pulau Kelapa Urban Village Recruited 45 FreelancersAccording to him, those 70 freelancers are divided into two work-shifts, first shift at 8 AM-3 PM and second shift at 3-11 PM.
They are equipped with cleaning tools, such as broom, bin, waste sack and hoe. “I urge residents not to throw trash haphazardly, despite there are cleanliness freelancers in the field,” he stressed.
