As many as 5 freelancers of North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department in Penjaringan Urban Village, were dismissed due to they had given service not through counter of One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP). Allegedly, it is illegal levies (pungli).

Those five suspects are identified as RH (45), SH (25), DI (35), DA (35), and U (45).
Head of Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Department, Edison Sianturi admitted he was upset when spotted the suspects opening service in a room of Population and Civil Registration's Unit Counseling, on the sidelines of sudden inspection (sidak) to Penjaringan Urban Village. Whereas, the service is only allowed through the PTSP counter.
