Cipete Utara Urban Village Head, Supriyanto said the distribution of KLJ is part of the Basic Needs Fulfillment (PKD) social assistance as stated in the Governor's Decree Number 541/2025 about Amendments to the Governor's Decree Number 270/2025 about Recipients and Amount of Social Assistance.

August's PKD Social Assistance Distribution Begins

"Recipients of KLJ social assistance must be registered in the Integrated Social Welfare Data, which has been transformed into the National Socio-Economic Single Data," he said, Wednesday (8/27).

Supriyanto hopes that the KLJ social assistance, which is a form of concern and responsibility from the local government, can ease the burden on the community, especially the elderly and other vulnerable communities.

"The 182 new recipients of 2025 in Cipete Utara Urban Village received Rp 300,000 per month. Hopefully this will give benefits to them in meeting their daily needs," he added.

Meanwhile, one of the beneficiaries, Tarman (68), admitted that he is happy to receive social assistance from the Jakarta Provincial Government.

"Thank God, I received assistance because I was registered as a KLJ recipient. I will certainly use this assistance to purchase daily necessities, such as rice and other necessities," he admitted.
