Previously, Jakarta Education Agency ensured will not revoke KJP or KJMU cards for students who participate the demonstration.

Head of Jakarta Education Agency, Nahdiana emphasized that, unlike cases of brawls, expressing opinions is a constitutional right of every citizen, including students.

"They must be able to convey their aspirations in an orderly and responsible manner. That's our duty to give them education," she explained.

However, Nahdiana reminded KJP/KJMU recipients who are found guilty of vandalism or other anarchic acts that they will face the appropriate consequences. Nahdiana stated that their KJP/KJMU could be revoked if they are found guilty of a crime.

"We will not act rashly. Therefore, I once again urge students to act within the applicable legal framework," she stated.
