Eating Fish Campaign Held in SDN Cibubur 11

Eating fish campaign provided by East Jakarta Food Security, Marine and Agriculture Sub-agency was held in SDN Cibubur 11, Ciracas District. It was attended by 500 participants.

East Jakarta Assistant of Economy and Development, Fauzi said this program is great to handle stunting.

"We educate students and parents to continue to supervise their children so that they enjoy eating fish," he said, Tuesday (9/9).

According to him, efforts to prepare the golden generation of 2045 must be prepared early with superior and healthy human resources.

"Hopefully this program will boost the student nutrition quality," he hoped.

Meanwhile, East Jakarta Food Security, Marine and Agriculture Sub-agency Head., Taufik Yulianto explained the Gemarikan (eating fish) campaign aims to raise public awareness regarding the importance of consuming fish as a high source of protein.

"Today's activity was the last program in 2025, by targeting elementary schools. All participants received a goodie bag containing whole pressure-cooked milkfish, fish balls, and fish dumplings," he explained.

Headmaster of SDN Cibubur 11, Siti Rachmawati appreciated the East Jakarta Administration and local KPKP sub-agency for providing this campaign.

"Many of our students don't like fish. However, with this interesting and delicious menu, everyone loves eating fish today," she stated.
