The water channel which installed along Jalan Outer Ring Road, Kembangan Utara Urban Village, Kembangan, West Jakarta, was dredged. The dredging was already done last week.

It was carried out by dozens of janitors as freelancer. By using manual equipment, they cleaned the channel in the morning, precisely located on the right side of the street from Cengkareng-Puri Kembangan.

Kembangan Sub-District Head, Slamet Riyadi claimed that his side is currently doing the water channel cleaning intensively. One of them is on Jalan Outer Ring Road.
“After being cleaned, hopefully the flooding could be anticipated,” he hoped.
