Have No permit, A Two-Story Building Demolished

A two-story building which is located at Jalan Rawa Bebek, Penjaringan Urban Village, North Jakarta, forced to be demolished due to has no building permit (IMB).

The building which was standing on a 600 square meter and considered have violate Bylaw No. 7/2012 on Infrastructure, Facility, and Utility and Gubernatorial Regulations No 128/2012 on Imposition of Sanctions Violations Implementation of Building.

Head of North Jakarta City Arrangement Sub-Department, Monggur Siahaan mentioned, the building was also known standing on green lane. Before it was demolished, his party has conducted the procedure based on the applicable law.
